After 12pm - arrival
5pm - welcome! Coaching intro and a short somatic practice.
6:30pm - Dinner
8pm - tea + snacks
SATURDAY, May 11
8:30-9am - Morning meditation
9AM-10am - Breakfast
10:30-11:30am - group coaching session
12-1:30pm - Lunch
1:45-2:45pm - movement practice
3-4pm - Nature walk (optional)
4:30-5:30pm - free time
5:30-7pm - Dinner
7:15-8:15pm - Restorative yoga and sound
8:30pm - Tea + snacks + fire
SUNDAY, May 12
8:30-9am - Morning meditation
9AM-10am - Breakfast
10:30-11:45am - group coaching + movement practice
12-1:30pm - Lunch
2-3pm - free time
3-4pm - closing circle + tea
All meals are provided, with room to pitch in or learn a little about making healthy and delicious dishes!
